Invoice
The invoice is enclosed with the order. The prices quoted on the Hulpshop Website are including VAT. The items delivered remain the property of Hulpshop until the invoice has been paid in full.
Payment (international)
As an international customer, you can select your own preferred method of payment on the Hulpshop website. You can pay by iDEAL (currently only if you have a Dutch bank account number), by internet banking.
- iDEAL:
Online payment can be made via iDEAL. iDEAL is the uniform payment method on Internet, easy, inexpensive and secure. iDEAL was developed by the Rabobank, ABN AMRO, ING Bank and the Postbank. As a Dutch internet bank user (also SNS BANK), you can make direct use of iDEAL without having to register for it. Incidentally, registration is very easy.
- Bank transfer/advance payment:
You can transfer the total amount to ING bank account number: 4808113, IBAN: NL81INGB0004808113, Swift / BIC: INGBNL2A in the name of Hulpshop in Ossendrecht in the Netherlands. We will dispatch your purchased goods after we have received your payment. You should account for a number of days for processing. Always quote your order number.
- Internet banking:
You can transfer the total amount to ING bank account number: 4808113, IBAN: NL81INGB0004808113, Swift / BIC: INGBNL2A in the name of Hulpshop in Ossendrecht in the Netherlands. Always quote your order number.
- Payment on account:
With this method you don't have to make payments in advance. Your invoice will be included with the product shipping. You can transfer the total amount to ING bank account number: 4808113, IBAN: NL81INGB0004808113, Swift / BIC: INGBNL2A in the name of Hulpshop in Ossendrecht in the Netherlands. Always quote your order number and make payments within 14 days after receiving your total shipment.
NOTE:
- To avoid ambiguities and delays we stress the importance of always paying per order when placing various orders (i.e. do not add up a number of order amounts and pay for everything in one go).
- Always quote the order number (this is given at the top of the confirmation e-mail that you receive)!

Secure ordering
Secure ordering is very important for the Hulpshop. Your details are also dealt with strictly confidentially. Hulpshop uses the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. If privacy-sensitive information, such as personal details or account information, is sent (e.g. from the website to the Hulpshop database), the SSL protocol ensures that the data is transferred securely. The SSL protocol prevents someone else from seeing or changing this data. The SSL protocol is automatically activated. You don’t have to do a thing.
You can also help to ensure secure ordering. Our advice: never give your password to others and ensure that no one is looking over your shoulder when you enter your password.
Shipping
- We deliver all items in your order if possible in one package. It maybe that one or more items have a limited delivery time. We will endeavour to get your ordered products to you as quickly as possible.
- In the Netherlands, packages heavier than 30 kilos or larger than 140 x 78 x 58 cm cannot be delivered to a PO BOX address. In this case, we recommend that you use a different delivery address.
- Our General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries.
Transport costs
- National shipment in the Netherlands:
Transport/shipping costs are calculated automatically by the website programme. You are therefore told what these costs are in advance. Non-standard cases are indicated next to the product. The invoice is therefore never higher than that which you agreed.
- International shipment outside the Netherlands:
International shipments are subject to a higher postage. If the country to which the package must be sent is not in the selection list, the costs can be obtained via e-mail on request.
Payment for a delivery to or an order from a country outside the Netherlands must always be made in advance.
Outside the EU, any import or customs duties will be charged when the order arrives in the country to which it is delivered. As customer, you are yourself responsible for these costs, which vary from country to country. If you want to know what (import) duties you must pay, contact the customs office in the country concerned.
Basic shipping costs
The basic shipping costs are the shipping costs that we use for shipments in the Netherlands.
Guarantee
The factory guarantees apply to all our products. This means that you have a right to the regular guarantee conditions, as determined by the manufacturer of the item, for a maximum of 12 months. These guarantee conditions are specific to each item. Sizes and colours may differ from that shown in the photo. Advice: before you order always look at the enlarged photo by clicking on “Click to enlarge”. This gives the best possible photo of the product. If you have any questions regarding a certain product, please contact our customer service by e-mail.
Returning goods
If you have received a defective item or if it shows a manufacturing defect within 7 days of receipt, please contact our customer service.
You can return items, which you have purchased from us, under the following conditions:
a. For all items, they must be in the original and undamaged state.
b. After delivery, you as customer have 7 working days to return the unused product; you must pay the return shipping costs yourself.
c. We ask you to indicate on the back of the invoice/packing note why you are returning the item, so that we can process it as quickly as possible.
d. The product must be returned complete in the original product packaging with the invoice/packing note and RMA number (RMA = Return Merchandise Authorization).
e. The RMA number must be marked clearly and legibly on the outside of the transport packaging (not directly on the product packaging to prevent damage); you can request an RMA number from us via e-mail.
f. To apply for an RMA number, we need the following details:
1. Name and address
2. Telephone number
3. Your e-mail address
4. Your bank details:
- your bank account number
- IBAN and BIC number of your bank
- name and location of your bank
5. The reason why you wish to return the product
6. Order number (this is shown in the top of the confirmation e-mail that we sent you)
If you send the details above in an e-mail, we will send you as quickly as possible the RMA number and the address to which you must send the package.
Note: To claim on the guarantee it is important that you use the right delivery address. Always use the delivery address stated in the email sent by Hulpshop.
